The modifications are due to a pact between parties on the Left by which in some cases excess votes were transferred from one party to another.

BERLIN, March 6.

A semi-official statement issued after the results of the Elec tions declares:-There will be no change in the Cabinet.

It is expected the Reichsing will give the government a Kil enabling it to carry on while Parliament adjourus indefinitely.

Well informed people generally agree that Hitler has been given a position no political leader has ever held, even in Im. perial times, and it is polated out that for the first time since 1918 there is an antiMarxist majority in Berlin.

The Nazis are naturally jubilant. A party statement declares that National Socialism has the power to execute the sentence which the people have passed on Marxism and it knows how to use it.
