The thirty-seventh ordinary yearly meeting of shareholders of the Dairy Farm, Ice & Cold Storage Co., Ltd., was held yesterday at 11a.m. in the offices of the Company, , Lower Albert Road. The Chairman's report showed a very, satisfactory year's working with a profit of $736,100 on the working account. Tributes were paid by the Chainhan to the excellent services of the late Mr. M. Manuk and the late Mr. C. Makaham,

Owing to uhusially heavy rains and the lack of sunshine we are facing near-famine conditions in this district.
