London, Feb. 7.-An increase of purchasing power among China's 100,000,000 population would open up such a vast markot to absorb the over-production of other coun tries, declared Dr. H.. H. Kung, Special Envoy of the Chinese Gov- ernment,, who with an industrial mission is now on a visit to Britain, in an interview yesterday.

He told Router that the aim of his mission was, to study the best means of strengthening commercial relations between China and Great Britain.
