SENSATIONAL DEFEAT OF LINCOLNS

CLUB "BEAT KOWLOON.

The defeat of the Lincolns at the hands of the Club de Recreio, at present at the bottom of the League, was the biggest surprise of the Lengus Football matches on Saturday. Tighting a losing battle for the bigger part of the game, the Recroto rallied spen- didly in the later stages, not only to equative but to win to the surprise of their sternest supporters. In the other First Division match, the Olub were rather fucky to beat Kowloon by one goal to

The results of the Junior matches were as xpected, the biggest defeat being suffered by Taikoo, at the hands of Lincolns, who beat them by eight goals to wil. In the second division Kow- loon, with only ten men, played a very good game - against the Borderers, while the Chinese Athletic just managed to beat Ewo by the only goal scored.
