The WINNER at every meeting

All over the world, among every race, and wherever tips are given, White Horse Whisky has won first place. It's a good stayer, too; and in no way a costly invest- ment. It has strength, plentiful stamina, is always in good condition-in every way a perfect thoroughbred.

The Derby prospects are discussed in a separate ́article in this issue and the tentative solections for the drst day will be found elsewhere. These are not final selections at all and the writer will make his selectlong after he has seen every possible gallop. The selections proper will appear on Baturday morning.

LEADING STABLE HAS MANY RACES TO CHOOSE FROM

Undoubtedly, at the end of the present moeting, Mr. Dunbar will find himself at the head of the table of successful owners. He has the best ponies in the Colony and he will be having, the services of one of the best jockeys who have ridden on the Hongkong course Mr. W. Hill

Mr. Biv Dinas Bay, Liberty Bay Gloteagles and Cqo Coo Bay to ride. Between these four ponies the stable ought to be able to clain up at least a dozen races, but Mr. Dunbar, being first and foremost a good sport, will probably
