The following matters of special interest have come before the Coun cil during the past year:

In this brief summary of the year's work I can only touch on a few matters of general interest, as you will understand that much of the work is of a kind that does not lend itself to being tabulated.

For the second year in succession we hold an "Old English Faire" in the Church Grounds. The Com; mittee worked nobly for several months, and were loyally support- ed by members of the congregation and friends both here and at home. One feature of the "Fairo' which was particularly pleasing was the co-operation of the Cathedral and St. Peter's branches of the V.D.M.A. and the Women's section of the Y.M.C.A.

Financially the year has been fairly satisfactory, though it suust be borne in mind that we are run- ning on a reduced staff of ong man.
