(b) by messenger.

(c) by post.

It is essential under (c) and preferable under (a) and (b) that applications should be accompanied by crossed cheque payable to Hồng Kong Government. The new licence will then be sent by post or messenger as soon as it is ready. Where actual cashin tandered a new licence should be received in exchange, before: leaving the Licensing-Office.

In the case of renewal the old licence should be returned with the application.
