LONDON, Nov. 8. The fastest military aeroplano, in the world, with the possible ex- ception of the R.A.F. Fury will be shown for the first time publicly at] the Paris Aero Show, which opens on. November 13. This machine, which is British, is the Fairey Firefly single seater, and it is claimed that there is no aeroplane with such capabilities on the Con- tinent. Equipped with a 500 h.p. supercharged engine, the machine can attain a speed of pearly, four miles a minute.
