Though abetentious may account for some portion of Herr Hitler's heavy loss of two million sy penters and thirty-five seats, the Nazi percentage of the total poll has fallen from 37.4 to helow 3.

Hugenburg's German Nationalists and the Peoples Party, both of which support Herr von Papen. increased the total of their votes by some 700,000 and 200,000 re- spectively. They have about sixty
