My weekly visits to the different shops are a pure delight these days as the now stason's frocks, suits and hats are more attractive than ever before This is parti cularly true as regards my visit to the Dolly Vardon Hat Shop. Where new stocks, arrive really the meme of chic, especially the small black tequelike models with their cute little eye-veils, The, Catalina " hats are definitely le dernier cri" and are sure to be mapped up within the next few days, so I should advise an early visit to this charming salon in Chater Road. The new two and three-piece suits are also the last word in elegance and the cut, colour and material are allied to make a perfect en- semble.

Gordon's, always abreast with Fashion's trend, are showing this week a large variety of the latest and most attractive footwear. The new Autumn models mainly follow simple lines and darker shades, and in this way, I think, are all the more smart bit becoming. Thi new Oxford is always smart and is usually accompanied by a high sleader heel; it fits best into the noon group. The fact that shoe manufacturers have finally come", to the realization that women to-day must have shook that are comfortable na well as modish, will come as welcome newb to women in general.
