LONDON, Oct. 1. DON BRADMAN, the Australian crisboter, has stated that he
is unable to give the Australian Board of Control the required Resurance that he would not write newspaper articles of first-class matches, and therefore he will not be available for the Test Matches.
The Associated Nowspapers have offered to release the famous cricketer from his contract, but he has refused the offer saying that he must do the honourable thing By, his benefactors.
The Board refuse to budge from their resolution which states, that no one but bona fide journalista shall play in the Testa. It appears that there is no loophole and 'Brad- Iran's name will be missing in the Tests against D. R. Jardino's tour ing M.C.C. eleven.
