Nanking, Sept. 25.-A set of measures aiming at the abolition of juvenile slavery throughout the country has been made public by the Ministry of Interior.
A peaceful settlement having been effected, General Chiang Po Cheng, personal representative of General Chiang Kai Shek returned to Tainan from Shaho yesterday, according to a Teinan message. General Han Fu Chu himself also returned to Tainan last night from Shaho where he had established his temporary headquarters for the direction of the so-called expedition against General Liu Chen Nian.
