An interesting address on "The Value of Talking Pictures" was delivered by Mr. Kingston Taft Tao, at the Rotary Club yesterday.

The Hon. Dr. S. W: Tso, who presided, said, in introducing the speaker, that Mr. Tan was a Bachelor of Commercial Scienca and a Master of Commercial Selenes of the New York Univer sity. He was the manager of the Paramount Films in China
