A strong protest against anti-Japanese propaganda in Chinese newspapers was lodged this morning with Mr. Wu Tch Chen by Captain Sngleska, Commander of the Japanese Naval landing party, who especially ceasures what he describes as misleading reports concerning the movements, of Japanese bluejackets at Shanghai.
