Information has been received from the Japanese Post Offos thas the Siberian mails hold up by foods in Manchuria have now been divèrted from the Chinese Eastern Railway and forwarded by the Northern Route to Vladivostock, They will arriyu in Kobe on thọ xỏth and should reach Hong Kong about September 2nd. The homoward mail is forwarded by the Northern route from Vladivostock but no sach interruption has occur ed. This route however gives a weekly instad of the normal bi-weekly Borvice and the time of transit is several days longer, p

The next mail or Europe vs Siberia will be sent by the a.. Empresa of Japan on the 6th. This mail will proceed via. Kobe, Tsuruga and Vladivostook.
