ENCOUNTER WITH SHARKS: ATTACK MADE WHILE CREW WAS BATHING...

Taking two days longer than she did on her trip last year, tho Shanghai yacht Chelidon yesterday morning arrived at Nagasaki, after a pasange which was comparatively slow owing to the light. winds which generally prevailed.

Described as uneventful," the trip. has placed an unusun! entry on the Chelidon's log, as the crew opened fire on one ocentior to scare away sharks which suddenly appeared while some of the crew were bathing. No casualties were reported on either side.
