INDIANS RETAIN CRICKET SHIELD.

CRAIGENGOWER LOSE TO THE UNIVERSITY AT POKFULAM.

L. D. KILBEE SCORES A CENTURY AT HAPPY VALLEY.

Although the Indian Recreation Club were not engaged ove the week-end, their senjor, longue match with Kowloon Cricket Club' having been called off on account of the rain, they won the senior cricket shield for the second year in succession by reason of the defeat of their nearest rivals, Craigengower Cricket Club, at the hands of the University. The Indians still have a match to play and had Craigergowar Cricket Club beaten the University, the ER.C. would have had to secure one more point to win the shield. As it is, however, the bokunpoo tent can afford to lose their last game and still retain the championship.

Only one other Icaghe game was decided in the league and this resulted in a win for RE. and, over Police Recreation Club. In a friendly with. Craigengower, L. D. Kilbee distinguished himself by scoring century.
