PACIFIC NATIONS IN CONFERENCE.

INTERESTING ADDRESS BY HON. MR. WE L SHENTON AT ROTARY CLUB,
The meeting of the Instituto of Pasillo Relations in Shanghai at the close of last your was the subject of an interesting talk at. the Rotary Club yesterday, whom the Host Mr. W. B. L. Shenton, who was one of the British representatives at the Conferenco, gave membara an insight of the work done by the Instituto.
Mr. Shenton traced the progress of the Conference from its infancy until the present day, und mentioned that it consisted of representatives of every country bordering the Pacife, but added that such representatives were not officials of the countries con cerned.
