FINE PARTNERSHIP WITH LAWRENCE PRODUCES 161. RUNS!

"CRAIGENGOWER - CRICKET CLUB'S DOUBLE AGAINST CIVIL SERVICE,

Same very esveldent ericket was witnessed over the week-end, the brightest game being the K.C.C.-R.E, & S.. match at King's Park for the spectators at this match were provided with some very Bus basting when P. S. W. Spith and F E Lawrence open- ed the innings for Kowloon and were not separated until the 101 ark had been reached when the latter was bowled after pat- Ling together 75. Smith went on to play pretty cricket and carried his bat for 100-his third of the season.

Craigengower Cricket Club-brought off a double at the ix- pease of their neighbours, Civil Service Cricket Clubs. In the first division game some very excellent bowling was seen with the result that scoring was rather on the law side.

Several friendlies were played, the most interesting game Being the Navy-Queen's College affair, when the schoolboys put up

'splorufid showing against their hosts.
