These words, taken from the speech delivered by the Hon. Mr. W. T: Southern, C.M.G., who, with the Hon. Dr. R. H. Kate- wall, C.M:G.; LL.D., offeinted as the opening of the second day of the Ching Exhibition at the City Hall, may be „taken as i hit ting thustration of the spirit which has inspired the organisers of the Exhibition to make it the remarkable success it has proved to be.
