of Fertilizers in Hong Kong, China, and elsewhere and such other business as the Directors may from time to time decide.

The Directors confidently hope that after the first year of business the Company's Fertilizers will be firmly establishori in the market and that the Company will then make at least 20% per annum net on the paid up capital. with greater profits as the business increases,

The business will be taken over by the Company as a going concern as from the 17th day of August, 1931, the date of the Inst stock taking and the Company will have the benefit of all profite realized from that date and, as will be seen from the following account, the benefit of the value of the stock which is by far the most valuable asset which the Company is taking over at a very conservative price.
