A Torro, Sept. 10. The War Minister, speaking to Press mon this afternoon, intimated that the situation was becoming quieter and, consequently, there was no need to despatch reinforcements from Korca unless there were un- expected developments, though the War Office announces that the air regiment at Pingyang, north-west of Korea, has sent aircraft to Markden for the purpose of recon- noitring and maintaining commu nications between the Kwantung Korean Armies.
