A MAGNIFICENT STRUCTURE.

The magnificent new building of the National City Bank of New York, at the corner of Queen's Road Central and Tos House Street, was formally opened on Saturday.

There was a largo gathering of friends and clients at the bank and all present were very much im pressed by the many arresting fen- tures of design embodied in the construction of the building, both internally and externally,
