For the Indians, Mrs. Gull and H. D. Rumjaho again won all their acts. They are the strongest combination in the I.R.D. team and it will be a loss to the Club when the former leaves for Home at the end of the season.
Postponed Games, Every effort is being made by the Bouretaries of the different Clubs to play off all their postponed Axtures (and think there are quite a Dum- ber of them) with the result that there is at least one league game every day of the week (except Sundays, when bathing picnics are the order of the day. At the moment of writing, however, there does not seem to be any chance of there being games to-day (Thurs. day) though the Indians are down to play their postponed fixture with the Chinese Recreation Club at Causeway Bay to-morrow (Friday) This game has been postponed more than once and as there are many people waiting to see the meeting of the giants in the local tennis league, it is to be hoped that it will come off this time.
Both teams are playing very well just now and though the odds are slightly in favour of the Indians, the Chinese will no doubt go all but to give them a good fight of it Years ago, there was always are cord (for league matches) for the annual "derby" between these two friendly rivals, and though there is still much interest taken in the game, the crowd, though still 'big. cannot be compared with that of say 1923 or 1924.

Kowloon O.C. beat the Police by 17 shots at the Valley and the re- turn meeting will leave little doubt as to the result. Craigengower, in spite of their fall on one rink last work will, I think, return with the points. It may be mentioned that since Club de Recreio came into the senior division in 1920, they have been trying to lower the colours of Craigengower, but without success. King's Park full of confidence and that might be their undoing for the Recreio ads are not a lot to be treated too lightly. They play good tennis, but what is more they are hard fighters who neither give Banca:~ nor take any quarter:
In the C"division, Recreio and C.R C. are at the head of the table with. 13, points each for 8 maiches played. They played a tio when they met earlier in the season and the championship should go to one of them.
While the Indians are carrying everything before them in the "A" -division and Mixed Doubles, their "B" and "C" teams are doing very badly due, no doubt, to the fact that the teams are being con- tinually shuffled about. I do not expect them to finish very much above the first half of the tabler in either division which is indeed a pity, taking into consideration the fact that it has now become almost the fashion to expect great things from the Sookunpoo Club on the Saturday's Fixtures.
