The young lady was carrying hottle of Eau de Cologne at the time, and on being thrown from the rickshaw she fell heavily freaking the bottle, the contents of which soaked the lower part of her dress and silk stockings.
As she lay stunned through the fall, the rickshaw. coolie righted his vehicle, and, seeing the unconscious form of as former, ovenpant lying in the roadway he chose the least compliented menns of avoiding trouble and took to hit heels.

The half stunned girl fought madly to put out the leaping flames which ureedily devoured the perfumed sonked summer dreKR. Sensing trouble the crowd soon dispersed leaving the victiso scream. ing for help.

Strengthen those
Nerves
Neurasthenia (nerve-weakness) has been called the disease of the 20th century." It is estimated that 95% of the popula tion suffer from it. Trembling, of the hands, irritability, restlessness are a few symptoms; so are sleeplessness, stomach. trouble, lack of energy. All are due to one cause-weakness of the nerve-cells. It follows then, the only logical way to conquer these complaints is to strengthen the nervous system.
You can do that with Sanatogen. As a well- known physician. has stated: "Sanatogen goes right to the core of well-being, viz, the cells and builds these up into a fabric of lasting health.” Sanatogen feeds the cells of the body with the exact proportion of those elements-glycero phosphate and albumin-from which new nerve-strength is derived.
...
After a short course of Sanatogen nerve- weakness will disappear and very soon you will feel radiantly Healthy again strong and energetic with a keen appetite and a new joy in life, Birt taking Sanatogen to-day and notice its wonderful Influence on your health.
