Tokyo, May 10. A meeting of officials of leading Japanese businers men, enlled by Mr. Parinouye, Minister of Finance, to discuss the silver question, in- formally decided that various cir cumstances rendered it advisable for Japan to undertake the promo tion of a world silver conference.
