Philadelphin, April 90.-A special "committee of the Presbyterian | Church" to-day reported to the General Assembly in favour of the adaption of a new code which will recognise the desirability of birth. control
The code would provide sex. education for the ministry ami permit divorce on the grounds of desertion. It would permit the re- marriage of an innocent party to t divorce.
