Nam Hing Loong, the latter being summoned for making A structural alteration in their licensed warehouse without per mission in writing of the Superintendent of the Import and Export Office, and for possession of 143 liquor labels which were alleged to be colourable imitations of the labels used by the Super intendent of 1mport and Export Department. There was original- ly a charge of keeping their warehouse open at certain hours without the permission of the Superintendent of the Import and Export Department, but this chargd was withdrawn,
