The rusteyt left the deceased's residence at No. 224, Wanchai Road at 5.15 p., the chief mourners being her husband, Mr. 8. Soen. dernen, her son, Veerasamy Soon. deram, her daughter, her godson, Mr. Ernest Sahmot, and her broth in-law, Mr. R. Soondernim, an old employee of the Hong Kong Hotel.

The nineth annual dancing display by the pupils of Miss Violet Capell was held yesterday in the Theatre Royal.
