Miss Vivina Stayner, the protty blonde mannequin who made a dash to the Continent in the Trans- atlantic aeroplane Miss Columbia, with the Canadian airmen, Capt. Erroll Boyd and Lieut. Harry Connor, and hor girl friend, Miss Maisie Proctor, the daughter of a vicar in the Isle of Wight, was to be married at a London registér office on Christmas Eve.
She met her future husband at a party three weeks previously, and they were engaged for ten days.
