INTERNATIONAL CALENDAR FOR NEXT YEAR,

The International Calendar has been issued for next year, and given below are the more important dates. It will be sech that the sport wakes up in England on April 6, with a B.A.R.C. Brooklands meeting, and concludes in October with the 500. mile Race.

There are all sorts of pleasant things on the Continent, however, during the weeks before the track resounds once again with the echo of exhausts. On January 9 there is the Riga Automobile Rally, follow. ed almost immediately-on the 16-- by, the Monte Carlo Rally.

Kill climbs are, to be run off all over the Continent during the sea- son, and, together with Shelsley, will all go towards fading next year's chompion of the mountains. The more important climbs will be: Munt des Mules (January 24), La Turbie (March 24), Rabasanda, in Spain (May 1), Zbraslav-Jiloviste, in. Czecho-Slovakin (May' 31), Mal champs, Belgium (June 7), Kessol, Germany (June 14), Mont Cenis, Italy (July 3), Shelsley Walsh (July 11), Freiburg, Germany (July 20), Gaisberg, Austria. (August D). Tatra, Poland (August 10), Lá Bernina, Switzerland (August 23), Mont Ventoux, France (August 30), Semmering, Austria (September 13), Svab, Hungary. (September 20), Foleac, Roumanis (September 27), nad an unnamed hill-elimb in Spain on October 4.-

Evory Ford entered in the recent London to Exeter run in. England received sa award. Of the five Ford entries thres were given gold medale, one a silver and. olle # bronze medal.

Only 12 gold medals were award- ed in the class which included the Ford and which numbered 67 en- trica in all. With three of the twelve gold medals to their credit, therefore, the Ford had the best percentage in that class of say other make of ears.
