The recovery towards the close of last week was scarcely war ranted by existing circumstances and support withdrawn, prices have declined in face of a little selling and liquidation. The Electrolytic price is maintained at 11 cents, but business with consumers remains dull, for there is nothing in the warrant advancing situation to prices and buyers are still content to pursue a hand to mouth policy, restricting their purchases only to their immediate requirements.
