ON TOAST

INGREDIENTS.-Some rounds of fried. bread; oz butter, oz. flour, pint milk and Nestle's Pure Thick Cream mixed, 3 oz. cooked dried haddock.

METHOD.-Melt the batter in a pan, add flour, then the milk and haddock, stir until boiling, add one teaspoonful anchory essence. Pat a little mixture on top of each round. of bread, and garnish with parsley.
