His Excellency the Governor, Sir William Peel, K.B.E., C.M.G.. yesterday officially opened the bazaar arranged by the pupils of St. Paul's College. The weather prevented the College from mak- ing use of its grounds and the ceremony had to be held indoors, but notwithstanding this everything was carried out successfully.
