UNMUZZLED DOGS.

For allowing two of her dogs to be abroad without a muzzle Mrs. J. S. Drummond, of 453 The Peak was fined 87 by Mr. A. W. G. H. Grant- ham yesterday. His Worship, in im- posing this penalty, pointed out that this was a reduction, as in the ordinary course a fine of $5 would have been imposed in respect of each animal.
