New York, April 8-Mr. Harvey Clark assumed control of the Fox Film interests to-day, replacing Mr. William Fox who resigned yesterday thus settling the long- continued arguments on the part of stockholdera. Mr. Clark ex- plained that Mr. Fox will remain with the board on reorganization for five years, that he will retain a heavy financial interest the film and theatre concerns, and that he will draw a salary of G.2500,000 a year as chairman of the Advisory Board.
