LONDON, March 27, The next plenary meeting of the Naval Conference, fixed for. April 4, will be the fifth since the Confer- ence assembled.
It is unofficially learned that a British and French Foreign Office' Committee will be created to ex- amine and possibly draw up the text of a Mediterranean agreement which, while going a long way to wards guaranteeing French secur- ity, will not commit Britain beyond the obligations of the Covenant of the League of Nations.
