You have held important office in Div. Supt. Leung Sui Sang, the Brigade and in the Order of Amb. Officer Chan Yuk In, Seret. St. John, having been successively Fung Hoi Shun, Sergt. Tsoi Hin Assistant Commissioner in Houg Kan. These recipients were all Kong in 1015, seconded as British from King's College Division O.B. Red Cross Commissioner in Siberia in 1918-1010, Honorary Serving Brother-of-the-Order of St John in 1918, and Officer of the Order in 1924. In 1923 you received the silver medal of the Order for sav ing life at imminent personal risk. In 1020 you received the Long Ser- vice Medal of the Order and you were promoted Commander in 1928. Your long career of usefulness has now been crowned by the signal honour of the Knighthood of Grace which has been conferred on you in recognition of your great services to the Order and to the cause it serves.

Mr. Ralpha, you have placed this Colony deeply in your debt by your service in the cause of humanity. and in the name of the Colony I congratulate you or the honour now conferred upon you.
