The eighth annual meeting of the Twenty-four Guilds Association was held last night at the Ass ciation's rooms at 236, Des Vœux Read.. Mr. Ho Iu was in the chair and a large number of Chinese

The Chairman's address was fol- lowed by the drafting of regula tions on the basis of the address.

The draft will be submitted to the Government through one of the Chinese unofficial members of the Legislative Council.
