Sir Cecil Clementi's arrival was greeted by the playing of the National Anthem by the band of the K.0.8.B. and after meeting the officials of the hospital, His Excellency took up his, position in the pavilion, when speeches were made by Mr. M. E. Lo; His Excellency and Sir Shou-son Chow.
