The R.T. started off at a cracking pace and were on top throughout the first half during which time Gill scored the only goal of the first half. The Navy then settled down and turned the tables, scoring three goals. Kernick, the Navy center dashed through the defence to make the score ons all and then Kennedy and Dickinson each got another.
CHINA ATHLETIC V. S.L.I.
The S.L.I. went to the Stadium with great hopes of returning with full points but the Athletic beat them by three goals to one: The teams lined up as under :-

The H.K.F.C. Failed to register a point in their game with the Athletic "B" on the Navy ground at Happy Valley and went down by three clear goals, Long Tak Wing opened the score for the Athletic, Lo Chai War and Li Ting Chai adding goals before the interval.
Although the Club defence play- ed better in the second half, the forwards failed to impress and the eccond half was goalless. Wilson did well in goal for the Club and due to him the Club came away. with only three goals scored against there.

UNIVERSITY F.C. e. R.A. RESERVES.
Being a goal up at the interval, the R.A. failed to maintain their advantage and went down to the University who put on three goals in the second half of the game. The Gunners goal was scored by Chambers in the fire half. Early in the second half, the University got away and Kho scored. From another break away Wong gave them the lend. Before the nat whistle sounded Kho scored again. Result: University F.O. 3, R.A. Reserves 1.
