Mr. Armstrong argued that the onus was on the Ho Hong Bank to show that they had taken reason- able precautions in accepting the eurity. The goods were stored in the Kowloon Godowns in the name of the Ho Hong Bank, so that the latter could not say they were not in their possession. It was for his Worship to make an order if he was satisfied that there had been an infringement of trade-mark rights. The complainant would then take any further action they thought fit with the owners in Shanghai.
