IRONSIDES REPORTED AT KWEILIN.

General Lui Woon I, who is in Wuchow, appears to have decid ed in favour of the Central Government and with this important Accession of strength the Canton higher command has sent aa ultimatum to the Kwangsi Government and ordered a general ad- vance into that province,

Unless the Ironsides " can come to the rescue in force it looks as if the Kwangsi "rebellion" wil speedily collapse. Already, it is reported, several insurgent leaders are wavering.

The Ironsides are reported, however, to have entered Kwangai and to have made. Kweilin their headquarters, so the crisis can by no means be regarded as surmounted,
