Medical Evidence of Injuries, Dr. Tseung Fat In, M.B., B.S. (Hong Kong) said he was called to Shelley Street at 11:45 p.m. on August 30, and saw Mrs. Chan Lai Sze, whom Le found semi-conscious. On examination he found marks and severe swellings on her fore head The lady was apparently suffering from severe pain in the right ankle.

She was X-rayed on September 21 at the Tong Wah Hospital and it was found that her ankle was fractured.
