The attention of all concerned is drawn to the fact that no member of the Corps is entitled to give orders to any firm or shop for goode or repairs connected with the Corps or otherwise, unless such as order is aigned by the Adjutant. If this procedure is "not adopted the individual gives the order at his own liability and there enn be ro guarantee that the expenditure will be met out of Corps Fanda.

It was learned that Loughran re- ceived 23 out of 24 votes of a jury insisting of leading boxing off- cials and other authorities through- out the country.
