FAMILY DISPUTE LEADS TO LITIGATION.
An allegation that the testator's signature was forged and a dispute between seven sons and a concubins were the salient points. of a cass opened before the Chief Justice (Sir Henry Gollan) in the". Supreme Court yesterday.. ́
The dispute centres around the will of Dr. Hung Kwai Cheong, alias Kung sing. The plaintiff, Dr. Kung Sal" Ohnan, of 350, Queen's Road Central, claims that a will dated February 22, 1999, Lis the true one. The defendants are Hung El Shi (concubine of testator), and Hung Sai Kat and Hung Sai Man (sons of tuia- tor) who deny the claim and require plaintiff to prove the will. They declare that the signature to the will is a forgery.
