INTRODUCED AT LUNCHEON BY PRINCE TOKUGAWA.
GOVERNOR-GENERAL'S OPINION OF COLONY...
Mr. Dwight F. Davis, the new Governor-General of the Philippines, is no stranger, in the strict sense of the word, to Hong Kong. Twenty-five years ago, he saw the Colony in its in- fancy and during his visit here on Friday and Saturday, in true American "breezy" fashion, he was explicit in his praise of the engineering and constructional marvels wrought by the author- ities of Hong Kong during the passage of the years.
Mr. Davis arrived here in the President Taft on Friday and left en route for Manila on Saturday evening.
