A steersman of a trading junk was before Commander G. F. Hole at the Marine Court yesterday morning for failing to show his re- gulation lights and to produce his license.

Defendant pleaded guilty to the latter offence but denied the former two lights stating that he had

Too Many on Boardjas The master of a fishing boat was fined 823 or three weeks' hard labour for carrying eleven persons on board his boat in excess of the number limited on his license.
