is important. Cold draughts, es- pecially when the body is moist and fatigued, always favour the develop ment of a cold.
Resistance to colds may be de veloped by stimulating the skin to quick and effective reaction by cold shower baths. These should not be undertaken, however, without first getting your doctor's advice.
If a cold, has developed, stay at home, go to bed and stay there until well again. All cases that develop chills with a rise of temperature should at once be seen by a phy
sician.
