She is owned by the Dalglies Steamship Company, Limited, for whom Mesars. Sander Weiler are the local agents and has a cargo of 1,800 tone for Hong Kong and through ports. Captain "A W. Gofton is in command, with a Euro- pean crew numbering 48.

The vessel was built in 1818 by Messrs. Richardson Buck & Co., Ltd, of Stocktons for the pressat owners, with anett tonnage of 3,254 tons. Her gross tonnage is given at 5,457 tona. Hér engines, which develop 615 N.H.P., were installed by Messrs Blair & Co, Ltd., of Stockton. Her dimensions are:- Length: 430.2 It, Beam 55 ft., and. Depth 28.8 ft.
